| – Unbutton down your polo shirt and now slip your arms out of the sleeves. Now with your hands inside push the whole polo shirt off. | – Desabróchate el polo y ahora desliza tus brazos fuera de las mangas. Ahora con tus manos dentro del polo empújalo para fuera. |
